2# density urethane 2 gallon kit consists of 1 gallon of part a and 1 gallon of part b. Yields 8 cubic feet (96" x 12" x 12"). This is a rigid, closed cell foam designed for use in filling cavities and voids for positive flotation and sound dampening. It is also an excellent insulating foam for use around refrigerators and freezers. It can be sanded or cut into any shape once cured. Pour-in-place foam can be covered with epoxy resin with fiberglass or carbon fiber cloth, to give a strong and durable finish. 2# foam has a 2 pound per cubic foot density and is perfect for lightweight flotation foam. We have other densities available. Please ask which foam is best for you.

Worked as advertised. Utilized it to fill some plastic components for a floating jet ski dock. Certainly buoyant. Satisfied with purchase.

Great stuff !!! Easy to use and control with forms. Follow the directions and avoid pouring on wet surfaces. I used it to fill floatation spaces and to fill & level decks in a small sailboat.

There is not much to say about this product. The item is exactly as described. The instructions were simple to follow, especially if you have worked with 2-part foam before. I would definitely buy again, should I need urethane foam in the future.

I found difficult to judge how much of the product to use. Also, there was too little working time for mixing if the temperature is too high (90's). So, I tried refrigerating the ingredients before mixing. This gave me more working time, but then it didn't expand nearly as much. I can't really complain, because I don't have experience with any other products. Probably just need more practice.
