Someone stuck a screwdriver into my door lock and tried to rip my car door handle off (pictures of damaged lock). Ordered this replacement lock on Amazon and it came the next morning. Was very easy to swap out the broken lock with this lock and my key fob still works with this lock. Additionally, if I manually unlock my door, I can turn the key twice to unlock all of my other doors if I ever lost my fob or my fob broke. Only downside is I have a key for my doors and a key for my car, and the keys are kinda funky shaped so they are awkward on my key ring, but the lock works great and was much easier than going through my insurance and much cheaper than paying a deductible. The first two pictures are my damaged lock, the last picture is my fixed lock and door handle, all DIY!!
