Bolt size
It is very important to know the size of the bolts!
- Screw length: 120mm
- Thread length: 50mm
- Non-thread length: 57mm
- Thread diameter: 16mm
START TRAINING LEG MUSCLES
Simple installation
- Install the leather roller (one long and one short) and the weight plate holder on the machine.
- Use the bolt（M16） to fix the whole accessory on the squat rack(Hole diameter :16mm)
- Check the height and fit the spacer (don't forget), then tighten the nut.
- The length of the rack aperture needs to be more than 57mm to fit our machines properly.
- If your rack is smaller than this size, it may be unstable after installing.
- you can solve it by using spacers to increase the width of the rack.
- We have supplied 2 spacers in package

Missing bolts, but not end of world to purchase them. No directions, easy enough to set up using product photos. Seems sturdy enough though have used handful of times since arrival two weeks ago…….

Seems ok so far but I had to go to the store to buy the 4” x 5/8” bolt(s) that connects the attachment to my rack. Inconvenient but not a deal killer.

This MF is badass. Growing quads post rotator cuff surgery. I been using it hard for a month an it holding up to me slamming tf outta it.

This is great for tight spaces however the bar does not have consistent contact with the shins as when pressure is applied it bends a little at the joint. Functions well and is sturdy otherwise. Easy to assemble and if it pushing a ton of weight it’s good value for money.

Wasn't really happy with these. Hard to set-up, and I do legs a different day then my wife, so we were taking it on and off. Returned and using a bench with leg attachment

I ordered this and didn’t get all the parts. They told me keep it and sent me another. Quality is great and solid construction. I am 6 ft and my wife is 5ft 7 and it works for us. Highly recommend this product. Durability is great as the bar for plates can hold 150 pounds fine. Again I highly recommend this company and product
