The Power Stop front calipers did not fit the "stock" rotors on my 19090 Miata.The caliper mounting bracket actually shifted the brake pad to a point where the outside edge of the pad was 3/16" beyond the perimeter of the stock brake rotor.This mounting bracket must either have been from another year Miata (my car is a 1990), or maybe it came from some "aftermarket" caliper manufacturer, who is far less concerned with minor details such as "proper fitment".I simply returned the calipers. However, it still cost me several hundred dollars to have a mechanic spend the time needed to discover and try to resolve this fitment problem.Thanks Power Stop.Beware others whom might purchase this product.

For a rebuilt amazon thing, these calipers are actually amazing. They held up to two track days so far. Everything is very well greased and put together. I just had to barely adjust one of the boots but minimal.For the price you can’t go wrong, and this is what you need to do the 1.6 to 1.8 brakes. (Just get 1.8 disks and pads for this and done)They’ll work in a 1.6 reusing your old brackets

I bought these for my 1992 Miata they are not a exact fit! The Caliper brackets are too tall the brake pads sit over the top of the rotors so I had to use the old brackets got them painted to match so they could be used instead.

Terrible quality! Paint is peeling off,all boots cracked from regular use,no track after 1 year in use. One caliper started leaking.UPDATE : Good customer service. Powerstop replaced all 4 calipers. The ones that came seem to be of a better quality.
