The equipment that I purchased is not bad but the reason I said it could be better is because its more so made for a person with broad shoulders. It has a wide grip that is not adjustable but other than that it is a really good machine

Hi, took me about 4 hours to assemble this because after the first hour and a half i had to take it apart because it was backwards the tall frames. The hardest parts to assembles at the foot rests, the bar that connects both of those stands, but after that its smooth sailing. I HIGHLY recommend double, tripple checking the pieces are facing the correct way. Otherwise later in building youll realize a big mistake, dont be like me LOL. I put the dip station to lay down because the piece they suggested was this bar stick into one hole and if you keep nudging it out the whole top part of the dip station handle will fall down. I personally dont trust it, Id rather go to Lowes and get another dual headed screw so i know its secured. The manual was only less than 10 pages, seems like they really crammed everyhting into 10ish pages. No reason for that, plenty of room in the package for a bigger book but it was made in China so maybe thats why? Every part has a # that corresponds with it. Theres no clear picture of each item, just a descriptive list 1 through 24 or something. All those papers on the ground in the picture were meant to label out each part, but its really the screws that are what you have to mess with because the bigger parts are easy to recognize, screws, not so much. The manual suggests I have like 2 more screws that what I actually was given. Manual says I have 6, but I have 4, but thats all you need. Prob a misprint. The pull up bar station is very stable, easy to adjust. Also the package came with a skip rope. Didnt see that mentioned in the product description but its there for my mom I guess. Overall I give it 4 stars, I recommend it for anyone that has plenty of room for this pull up station. Not 5 stars because I dont trust the stick they suggest for the dip station (could get injured if that thing flies out), and the manual felt more crammed than actually telling me clearly what to do. Most of the building was just doing it on my own. The long screws should not go into the smaller length holes, theyre meant for the wider reach holes. At least the manual tells you which tools youll need for each section of the build, all the tools you need are included in the package.

I have been looking for something like this for a while, and for the price, it's a steal. I'm alternating pull-ups one day, dips the next, I'm 5'8" and 190lbs this is a great fit, the adjustable height makes it so I can either hang straight when I pull up without touching the floor or leave it a little low to pull myself higher without fear of hitting my head on the ceiling (actually did before adjusting the height) low ceilings what are ya gonna do? Anyway great item, arrived earlier than expected, easy to put together, it took 10 minutes with the supplied tools, would have been faster with power tools. Zero complaints!

This captain's chair is worth the money and it is easy to assemble IF you can understand the instructions. The assembly instructions could have been much better. The problem with assembly is trying to figure out which bolts go where. The parts list includes seven kinds of bolts that are listed by part number. For example, there are two part 12 bolts (M8*80) and six part 22 bolts (M10*70). You need to know how to identify the bolts, and for this you need a ruler that measures millimeters. I was fortunate to have a one-foot ruler that has inches on one side and millimeters on the other side. The part 12 (M8*80) bolts have shafts that are 8 millimeters in diameter and 80 millimeters long. The part 22 (M10*70) bolts have shafts that are 10 millimeters in diameter and 70 millimeters long. When measuring the shaft, only measure the shaft, not the head of the bolt. If you measure and figure out which bolts are which, the assembly will be easy.

Put this together in less than 1 hour. The instructions were easy to understand. It came with the tools needed to assemble. I thought I was missing 2 bolts but the last 2 pieces are push rods with rings to raise and lower arms. You'll know it when you put it together.

This tower feels rocksolid. I am 6’3” and it feel sturdy doing pull ups on all of the included grips. The assembly was very straightforward with the included instructions. One thing to note is be sure to vacuum your area after assembling this as very fine beads from the welding process were inside of the various components during the assembly. This was not a big deal but worth knowing if you have pets or small children around.
