It just works. The included spudger tool makes removal of the existing part easy. The replacement part snapped in just as the original was set - perfect fit. I think i paid 20 bucks for this product, and it was worth every dollar.

I used it in a 2012 dodge grand caravan the replacement was very easy just pop the old one with the tool included disconnect the cables and plug them back in to the new one

Here is an interesting point. I check the price for this switch here at Amazon. I did not want to wait and so i went to an auto parts store. The price for this switch at the auto parts store - $111.00.I ordered from Amazon, got it the next day, and it was just a matter of plugging in the connectors.Works perfectly and I saved roughly $80.00.Definitely a buy recommendation.

I'm giving this four stars because it arrived very quickly, and arrived as advertised. I would've given it 5 stars, but the power lock function doesn't work for me. But the window now works and so does the control for the mirrors.
