When it arrived(very late) it came with a UK AC adapter which was nowhere disclosed in the description of the product. I didn't want to send it back so I then ordered a new AC adapter with the exact same specifications of the one that came with it and it bricked after being plugged up for 5 minutes.

Ich habe extra nochmal einen Adapter besorgt um die Ladestation einstecken zu können. Allerdings tut sich nach dem einstecken gar nichts. Es leuchten keine Lichter und die Controller laden nicht. Es scheint ein Problem bei der Stromversorgung zur Ladestation zu geben.Ich kann dieses Produkt daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

The charger is perfect for Xbox series X/S as well as Xbox one controllers and very simple to use no extra USB slot taken worth it. Just make sure not put it in the wrong way might break a piece inside the controller.

First off this product came weeks after it said it would arrive which sucked. Then when it got here the power outlet didn't fit an American one which I assumed was my mistake so we bought an adapter so we could plug it in. It said it came with batteries which were not in the box and it had extra backs that connected to the xbox controller but they did not fit. Overall this thing came with multiple problems and was a waste of money.

El enchufe que viene es para UK, por lo que en España no se puede usar a menos que tengas un adaptador. Por lo demás esta bien pero debería indicarlo de forma más clara si se vende en Amazon.es

Once you get an adapter for the plug it's fine. But they should put it somewhere in the description that it will be a European plug...unless I missed it.

The AC adapter pictured inbthe second image of product description is not what I received. I got a large, assuming UK, AV adapter that is not compatible with any outlet in m home.

I recently bought my first Xbox console and quickly found that AA batteries don’t last very long in the controller and so I ordered this. As someone used to controllers with built-in, rechargeable batteries that I tend to charge off a power bank overnight, that’s not something you can do with AA batteries, so if the batteries are low going to bed tonight, they’re still low in the morning, so I love the battery packs and this charging cradle.It’s neat and relatively compact and comes with 2 battery packs as well as 2 sets of 2 battery door covers, 2 for both the Xbox One and 2 for Xbox Series X|S controllers, which makes this very versatile, if you have both consoles or even if you have one or the other.I also use the cradle as a resting/storage place for my controllers when they’re not in use, it’s very handy for that and helps keep the place tidy.
