How do you connect with PS-3?
1. You can use the mini USB cable to activate the controller when it is used for the first time
2. Plug the controller into your console, press the Home button and pull out the cable. So you can use it wirelessly
3. If it still doesn't work, restart or load it
4. If the above methods fail, reset the controller.

I WOULD RATHER USE THIS ONE FROM CHINA THAN THE CRAP COMING OUT OF SONY.THIS ONE COST ME 16.00 AND MADE IN CHINA BUT THE CRAP FROM SONY COST 60.00YOU DO THE MATH AND GET THEM WHILE THEY LAST CAUSE THEY JUST MIGHT RAISE THE PRICE.AGAIN THIS UNIT KICKS ROCK. AND THE SPRINGS ARE OF A MUCH BETTER QUALITY FOR THIS MAN.

Was reluctant to buy this unit that was not a Sony, but the link to the product remote had great detail. The remote worked exactly how it supposed to and the instructions on the link product information was perfect. My remote did not work at first, kind of halfway at first. I read the instructions below in the Information page underneath the product picture and details I worked exactly how the instructions said it would. I appreciate not having to call or look for videos on how to get the remote to work on the seller had all the correct information to do it. Thankfully it was all on the same product page. This remote is much lighter than the factory PS3’s. You can feel the difference for sure. Too bad it didn’t have markings on the buttons. The kids had to look at the old remote to see which buttons to push during the game. Cheap price.

It was honestly a waste of money. It didn’t come with enough packing material inside the box to protect the controller of the controller came broken, and even then trying to hook it up. It wouldn’t pair with any of the systems. The analog stick was stiff and not able to move.

The feel of it is that of obviously a Playstation controller but for any real hardcore PlayStation fans, you can tell the difference without a doubt but for the price, it’s well worth it. All I wanted to do was play Tony Hawk Proving Grounds on a PS3 I bought off eBay and after buying 2 PS3 controllers that said they worked and didn’t I decided by this controller and it worked great

The controller works with my PlayStation 3 but,…...the right joystick “fine” movements are a challenge making aiming very difficult. If you are using controller in a COD game, you will be at a disadvantage.UPDATE:After sharing my experience with this PS3 controller by Powerextra, they reached out to me and offered a full refund.
