I bought two for sons that each just bought new homes because I have one and they are fabulous! I have all hardwood and can steam my floors in no time. The best part is you can also use distilled water if you don't want to use the cleaner each time. My sons love theirs too.

I LOVE the disks that come with it, it makes your house smell so good for a few days, and with the steam I can feel more comfortable getting a deep clean and knowing I’m killing bacteria.I actually prefer to vacuum then use this rather than the new Bissell CrossWave, mops so much better.

I usually wash my hardwood floors on my hands and knees but I dont want to do that for every cleaning . This works great. I purchased the demeneralized smelling water which works great. Have to use that or your floors will look foggy or streaked. Only thing is I wish they made some type of disposable wipes you could attach. Works great ! I wish the cord was longer . It's quite short .
