Powerhobby Cooling Fan for Traxxas Velineon VXl-3 ESC + 540 Heatsink Motor Fan COMBO
Perfect fit for following : Traxxas SLASH, STAMPEDE 2WD, RUSTLER & BANDIT
Keep your temperatures in check and your motor running efficient and cool with our heatsink and cooling fan combos. The motor heatsink clips right onto your RC vehicle's motor, and features multiple cooling fins for added heat-dissipating surface area. We have different motor heatsink styles (top mount, side-mount, etc.) and single or dual cooling fan models available in multiple anodized colors. This heatsink is for the 540-size brushed motors only.
IMPORTANT FAN VOLTAGE NOTE: All heatsink cooling fans, unless specified otherwise, are designed to be powered by DC voltage only between 5.0V and no more than 6.0V MAXIMUM! If you choose to power our cooling fans with voltage exceeding 6.0V you are doing so at your own risk! Please make sure that your power source (battery pack, receiver, etc.) is able to supply consistent voltage no lower than 5.0V and no higher than 6.0V. If powering from an ESC, check with the ESC manufacturer to make sure if your ESC is capable of providing enough auxiliary power to handle the added load of extra cooling fans; some ESCs that have built-in fans may not be able to reliably power any additional cooling fans.

Bought this and ran it a couple of times without issue. About the 4th or 5th time running it esc fan stopped working and is jammed up. Engine fan is still working at this time.

Item missing parts (no motor mount). One week after requesting missing part, I received it. So far so good on the ESC fan, will try the new motor mount on my Slash VXL 4x4. Will provide additional update in a month or so.Thanks for making this right spark deals!

I’m sure this product works fine, however I did not receive the color I ordered and it’s very frustrating when you get a chrome color when you ordered black for the motor fan.

Came in wrong color and dose not fit as it should. I hade to rotate the motor and it only fit one way. Feels sorta cheap but works fine.

To start things off the fan for the motor WILL NOT fit on a traxxas 2wd layout that being said i still bought it anyways for my own reason. If thats why you want to buy it sorry look elsewhere. The fan for the esc fits fine but was slow to get up to speed for some reason. I mainly bought this combo for when i swap my esc and motor to a buggy. Time will tell how long for esc fan as im getting ready to head out to the track. Giving a 3/5 for durability cause i dont think either will last long.
