Using this with Harbor Freight head porting sanding cylinders/cones - Part 62394. Mandrel stays stable at all speeds, I taped up the unused sections to avoid damaging the runners while porting, worked great and no wobble/bending at all.

Great Product, does what it is suppose to do. For those complaining that it bent, you don't know how to use a 6" mandrel. Sanding rolls are not balanced, so before you fire up your die grinder, have the sanding roll against the port wall, and make sure you let off the trigger before you take pressure off of the port wall.
