Fairly priced as such items go. We have frequent power outages and have had to replace frozen/refrigerated foods 4 times over years. I resisted purchase for a while due to price. But even I had to admit that a generator beats losing food repeatedly.Husband added necessary oil without problem, gassed it up. Ran first attempt with easy start, runs great, seems well built with adequate power for refrigerator/freezer. Satisfied there will be no more unnecessary purchases. He thought it was super easy to prep for use.

When the generator arrived, it had a cracked plastic faceplate, but a small strip of flex tape solved that easy enough. After putting the oil and fuel into it, it fired right up on the first pull. I hooked it to our RV, and the fridge and lights were working well, and so I decided to turn on the heater, and it barely altered. Then I heated a pot pie in the microwave while the heater was going, and it still powered it like a champ. While I was initially disappointed in the damaged cosmetics, I am very pleased with its performance!

When I first received this generator 2 years ago I tested it and it suited me fine. Periodically I start it up with no problems. Yesterday, 8 days after the warrantee expired, I tested it again. I found the fuel valve leaked gasoline immediately after it was opened.I contacted support. All I asked was for the part, so I could fix it myself. This was their response:"Sorry to hear your unit is not working .Parts aren't available for the unit you have .You can check back to see if part is in stock in 2 months' time ."This is the worst customer service I have ever received. They don't even give a promise that I can get it working after 2 months!
