About this item

  • Full-Length, Total Contact Support - Our Original insoles feature an odor-control top fabric that helps reduce heat, friction, and perspiration while giving support to the entire length of your foot. These insoles are thin and designed for low-profile shoes.
  • Firm But Flexible Design - Our plantar fasciitis insoles are equipped with a deep heel insert cradle for increased comfort, stability and motion control. These orthotics can provide immediate heel pain relief, making them perfect to pair with dress shoes.
  • Dual-Layer Cushioning - To keep these insoles thin enough for low-profile shoes, such as dress shoes, our Original insoles have two layers of thin cushioning to provide just enough comfort and support from heel to toe
  • The Perfect Balance of Comfort and Support - Original orthotic arch supporting insoles stabilize and align feet to help relieve and prevent pain from mild to moderate pronation
  • No Trimming Required - Moveable from shoe to shoe with no trimming required, these arch support orthotic inserts can be worn in a wide variety of athletic shoes. Our insoles come ready to wear & the majority of them are designed and produced in the USA at our Ohio facility. Legitimate PowerStep product packaging is marked with a unique US quality control code. If you are concerned that a PowerStep item is not legitimate, please contact PowerStep customer service.

The PowerStep® Original full-length insoles with built-in neutral arch support and a thin layer of plush cushioning are the perfect balance of comfort and support in a lower-profile design. Unlike most shoe inserts and insoles, our Original insoles feature the signature PowerStep arch shape that cradles the arch and heel, adding stability and motion control to limit excess stress on feet, ankles, joints, and tendons.
Feet with neutral arches naturally pronate when walking, where the feet and ankles roll slightly inward, placing pressure on the bigger toes and inside of the foot. Neutral arches need stable, yet flexible arch support for shock absorption and proper alignment. By combining premium cushioning and the clinically proven PowerStep arch shape in a semi-rigid neutral arch relief shell, the PowerStep Original shoe insoles are a trusted solution to improve foot function, decrease arch pain, and help alleviate common foot conditions typically caused by mild to moderate pronation. Discover more plantar fasciitis relief products and over pronation insoles at the PowerStep Amazon store. We also offer womens shoe insoles, running insoles and much more.
Mild to moderate pronation can cause: Plantar Fasciitis; Achilles Tendonitis; Arch & heel pain; Ankle, knee, hip & back pain; Shin splints; Bunions; Heel spurs; Hammer & claw toes; Calluses & corns

I am a pronating marathon (x20) runner. Ever since enduring shin splints (which turned into a stress fracture) during my first training cycle, I have added these to every pair of running shoes I have purchased. Shin splints, foot pain, etc are a thing of the past for me. These are incredibly durable, and perform well. One would think that they significantly change the fit / feel of a pair of shoes, but they do not.Solid product. There are other brands, models, etc on the market, but I have never found the need to stray from these.

These supports are truly wonderful for my high arches. I can barely feel them while walking. The sizing is just right. For pain relief, little to notice.

I've other, more expensive insoles, and these ones were instantly better. Great support. Helped pain in arch go away.

Just received, as they came highly recommended by the doc. Seem to be working out pretty well thus far. There was need to trim, higher arch then expected, fits well in shoes and despite the hard look, flexible and comfy. Will update review accordingly.

I bought these as inserts for a pair of boots I bought on a recent trip to Japan. The extra support really made a positive difference in how I felt at the end of a long day of walking. I brought another pair of boots that had its original inserts...and was feeling foot pain after a short time. I'm sold on the quality of this product! Fits true to size.

I absolutely love these. The nurse at the VA said they recommend these and she works on feet. These are cheaper than going to the podiatrist and helped with my planter fasciitis. These have been a life saver.

Update to reviewI since ordered a size up 10-10.5 women's and trimmed about an 1/8" off the side and they fit perfect in my double-h boots. After a few hours my right foot was in excruciating pain. I took the insoles out and noticed the heel cup on the right is lower, the outside inner of the foot has a bump 3mm high right where my outer foot joint sits and the insoles are a different thickness! Also the bottom of the left insole looks worn out. However, the left felt perfect....I don't know if AMAZON is selling knockoffs or what? My husband has 5 perfect pair and my Powerstep hikers are flawless....‐----------------Powerstep insoles are far superior compared to many other popular name brands. I have used and use the hiker and my husband the pulse with great success in our mountaineering boots and slippers.I bought the original Women's 9 - 9.5 to use in my 8.5 double-h cowgirl boots. These insoles fit right in and provide great support (I have flat low volume feet). The arch was higher than I expected for a low arch. The insoles are too short so my toes have the edge digging in my feet constantly. This is not an issue with my hiker insoles from powerstep. Perhaps someone bought, cut and returned these? For now I'm using double sided tape to keep them slid more forward in my boots so I overhang the heel instead of the toe area. If I between sizes, I recommend sizing up if this is their new sizing! The insoles measure 9 3/4" long from in the heel cup to the end. My feet with socks measure 10" with my favorite socks and am a size 8.5 - 9 women's

I have used these Powerstep insoles for over four years now. Before this I had recurrent problems with plantar fasciitis. At times this was so painful it was like standing on a nail and having to limp home. These insoles cured it for me. After the first set, I bought a few more over the years and now use them in all my footwear. You can move them easily from one set of shoes to another but I found it easier to leave them in my most used footwear. I even use them in my running shoes as a replacement for the ones provided. They may be expensive, mainly because of import charges from the US I expect, but they certainly last. The ones I have for over four years are still good, though as expected the cloth has worn a bit. Not a problem with comfort though. They are also quite thin so do not push your foot up much towards the top of the shoe. Being full sized they do not slip about. Now whilst they are perfect for me, I guess that they will not suit everybody. After all, people's feet are different so they may push in the wrong place. I have tried other insoles as some were cheaper, but some were quite painful and unusable.

Great fit. They are not the full length of my trainers they taper off near the toes, but that's good as you can use them in different shoes/footwear and makes them more adaptable. They are really comfortable and feet don't feel so sore/tired after a long day on your feet. Worth the money!
