PULSE® Performance - These are a great choice for those with neutral arches who are looking for a little extra support while running. Neutral arches tend to naturally pronate, which is when the feet and ankles roll slightly inward, placing pressure on the bigger toes and inside of the foot, causing mild to moderate pronation. Mild to moderate pronation which can cause: Plantar Fasciitis; Achilles Tendonitis; arch, heel, ankle, knee, hip & back pain; shin splints, bunions, heel spurs, hammer & claw toes, and calluses & corns. I have Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot, caused by a very high arch. I also pronate on that foot. I was in pain whenever I walked and my specialist told me to use this particular arch support. I’ve had orthopedic inserts made in the past, very costly, in the upper $100’s. This new insert was under $50. A huge savings, but also a great fit! Since my main exercise program is walking (3-miles every other day—I’m pushing 81 yrs old) this new insert was a wonderful find.

I have been using these for several years and I can tell when I have shoes on without this inner sole. Good arch support. I would highly recommend. The only problem would be if you buy shoes with the inner sole glued in place.

Provided great arch support. A bit more firm than others in the market. After about 20 hrs of walking though, the first layer is starting to peel on the edges.

These are not a new product.They did not come in the original box and the right insole shows discoloration in the place where someone else's big right toe has been.

I have had plantar fasciitis for a couple months and heel pain that kept me from completing my day. I can’t tell how much these have helped. I swear I’m on my feet more now then before (12000-13000 steps) without any pain. They are my god sent. I will be buying for my other shoes. Thku to my doctor for suggesting these and for the makers of course !!!!
