These are great quality. Punched from 1/16" metal sheet it fits into a standard T-Track with enough play to slide easily but no at all excessively loose due to it's generous length. The treaded center protrudes by an additional 1/16" which I find a strong benefit as it essentially gives the you 1/8" for threads to take hold of. Plenty strong and ridged for any application you would use a T-Track for. Highly recommended.

drill a hole and put wheels on anything! use to hold a threaded rod or mount things on walls, ceilings, floors. I love these little threaded flanges. I used them to put wheels on my ottoman and they are so much more stable than those regular threaded inserts.

They do the job they are designed to do. Unfortunately, I had to return because they didn’t fit the slots in my cnc table.

These are very nice oval t nuts. Fits perfect for rockler brand or similar t tracks. The price is very good. It doesn't fit the orange aluminum brand t tracks.

They work great so far. Dont know how long they will last, but very convenient. Using to mount tools to work bench for wasy on/off
