At fist I thought it was just me and I wasn't getting my paper lined up right because it always cut off either the first or last hole. But found if u look at the photo the diagram circles and the actual punched holes don't line up. If u line up the first hole by the time you get to the end they are off a quart of a hole!! Very disappointed!!!

I can make my spiral journals much faster now. Only disappointment is that I have to punch the board first before adding the pretty paper. Too thick once you do that. Having a lot of fun making crafting projects.

The holes on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet are a little off center, unless you wish to have partial punches on either end of the sheets. Other that, I am well pleased with this binder.

I much prefer this 4:1 coil binding over comb binding. This machine is designed for A4 paper. It takes some practice and tweaking to line up letter sized paper just right to avoid having a hole to close to the edges. I am glad it doesn't have the electric coil inserter as other machines with that function are double the cost and up. It's super easy to spin the coils on by hand. I am very happy with this purchase.

Got it yesterday & punched holes in 6 homemade characters. Works perfect & I will no longer pay FedEx $20 for the service. Last year one of my calendars was ruined. Not anymore
