I'm a middle school art teacher and in my opinion, Prang is the best brand of inexpensive paint out there! Unlike some others, I thoroughly read the description and checked out all the product pictures so I knew the blue and red were not fluorescent but this is still a great deal! All the colors are pretty and the fluorescent colors glow under black light really well. Also, I did not receive any damaged or exploded products like some others BUT some of the lids were pretty loose and that is my reason for a four star rating instead of five.

I like these paints, but I've ordered them 3 times now and every single time at least one has exploded in transit. This one had green paint all over the inside of the box and on the bottom. Extremely frustrating.

The blue and red are glitter and not fluorescent. It takes several layers of paint to get a good coat especially if wanting it to look good under black light

I bought these paints for my art class wanting a bunch of neon paints. I was surprised however that the blue and red were not neon but glitter paint which I was not needing so that was a bummer. The other colors were very vibrant though.

The paints are great. Although when I received the paints the blue paint bottle was open and paint was all over the inside of box. The seal had let go. Please have your inspection people do a better job. After all I did pay for six bottles of paint not five.Thank you.

Very strong smell makes me wonder if these paints are truly non toxic? They are quite watery and don't produce a thick coat of colour. My kid likes them, although I'm concerned about the strong smell, which gave me a headache.

Haven’t used the paint yet but the yellow is clearly not full. I’m not sure if there should’ve been a plastic covering to hold the lids in place but several of the lids were loose which caused the red paint to leak as well. Disappointed in how the product arrived to me especially for the price.
