Very easy to install... two nuts on the firewall, one nut and a bolt on the transmission, and a cotter pin in the cab and the old unit came right out. I didn't have to bleed the unit I received as a few other folks mentioned... guess I got lucky!A quick YouTube search will show several good how-tos on the install.

Overall it works jsut fine and it has quality parts on it. No leaking, issues or weak areas. It is a ver solid piece however although it is at least somewhat pre-bled it still needed a lot more. I had to go through about 7 bleed cycles before I got all the air out and it worked smoothly. Before it was drivable but not able to go into gear without pumping the clutch a few times and even then it was stiff. After bleeding and everything it's pretty smooth now and feels really good. So while the product quality is great with solid materials and no sign of breaking in the future, it will need to be bled again. This is super simple, you have to just have someone pump the clutch a few times then hold it down while you turn the bleeder screw on the reservoir in the engine bay. Then close it back up after the air is out, have him release the pedal and repeat till there's little to no air coming out. This was my second one of these. Both have failed with less than 50 miles on them. They are crap and you should look elsewhere. The seller wants me to pay to return the “unused” item before I can get a refund. It’s used; or rather, I tried to use it and it broke. Again. In the exact same manner. If you push the clutch all the way in, you’ll feel a squish and your pedal stays on the floor. The master cylinder shaft must be too short, because pushing the clutch all the way in shouldn’t rupture the seals. What if you were emergency braking and pushed both the brake and clutch in with the same force. Well, the brakes will be fine, but this crap part will break and you’ll be stuck. It’s junk, buy something else.

This thing is awesome. There’s nothing to it on install. It’s pre-filled and all you have to do is bolt the master cylinder down make sure the plunger Is in place with the peddle. Then bolt down the slave cylinder. Once bolted depress your clutch and it’ll break the tabs on the slave cylinder and you’ll immediately feel the perfect clutch pressure. 10/10 recommend

This master/slave assembly appeared of high quality, being all metal. It took 20 minutes to install, and we pre-bled from the factory. After driving the jeep around for about an hour, the master gave out completely, leaving me stuck in 3rd gear to limp back home. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
