I bought them to help me with the brake conversion on our truck; replacing the front drum brakes with disc brakes. The largest washer fortunately was the one that I was looking for. The M12*18*1.5 or 0.47”*0.71*0.06” fits our 97-17807A and 97-17807B semi loaded brake calipers. (Adding discs to our 1968 Ford F250 long bed pickup truck.)

I have been looking for a good selection of copper sealing rings to have on back up in my tools box. This is a great set - it has a great selection of common sizes for oil drain plugs. The quality is good - they are all flat, no bends, and they compress nicely. The case leaves a little bit to be desired, it is pretty light duty, and doesn't have the sizes printed on the inside of the lid. I did deduct one star for that - but the product is good. I just put them all in a different box.

A good assortment to have on hand. Not sure how useful the smaller sizes are as I haven't encountered anything that needs the smallest of sizes in this kit. The couple I've used seem to have worked fine, no leaks.

This is a nice little divided box of copper flat washers. I am always re-using the ones on my car's oil drain plug. Now, no more.Be aware that the largest size is M14, which is about 0.55 inch. If your drain plug is bigger (or if you have an aluminum oil pan and plug), then this set wouldn't be for you. Similar advice applies for other uses such as plumbing. Just consider your size needs and applications before ordering as there are no very large washers in this set.

Large assortment of crush washers that often get used on cars, motorcycles, tractors, etc. Most of these are on the smaller size and anything like a heavy duty truck most likely has larger bolts for the drain plugs than what comes in this kit. They seem to crush down decent and have not dripped oil. The plastic case is small enough to put in your tool box and seems to stay shut even when turned upside down.

This is a great assortment of press-cut washers. The sizes are accurate enough, but not spot on. Being press-cut, they have a rounded side and a sharp side. These are not folded sheet metal like some crush washers. The shiny copper finish is nice enough to be used for crafts as well as machines made for looks. These are very nice washers that I certainly recommend for any use where thick copper washers are the right choice.
