Just received it. Description for ordering says 18” X 27”. It’s actually 18” X 25”. Quality is good.

I am using this fabric to make counter cross stitch Christmas stockings for my daughters. This is the fabric the pattern recommends, and I couldn’t be happier. The fabric is beautiful to work with, and I am enjoying stitching on it.
