Worked well for my application. I needed a bit more reducing so I unscrewed the main portion, put in a spacer and got it down a bit more.

This regulator won’t work with the Aquatic Life RO/DI filter which wants 65psi (give or take). The psi rating should be included in the product description. I can’t say that it doesn’t regulate pressure. But, it’s should be given no stars for not disclosing that it will only work for some water filters.

I installed one between my RO system (70-100 psi) and refrigerator, to protect the fridge solenoids and prevent over-filling the ice maker tray.

This fixed my APEC RO SYSTEM!! I had too high water pressure(90PSI) my system to kept draining to waste before and would not stop. I installed this in about 2 minutes. Turned my water back on for 5 minutes and then shut the valve on my tank to simulate a full tank.. My water stopped draining shortly after.

After being installed and working just fine, the clip that secures the tubing, spontaneously broke.This allowed the pressurized water line on the feed side, to be expelled completely from the PRV and will then flood water out of it.I was lucky, that I happened to be in the kitchen when it happened, and was able to quickly shut off the water supply.0/10 do not recommend.

Purchased because our house water pressure was too great for the canister water filter that we have under the sink (the filter canister would start to leak around the rim after several days, even after tightening it too much). Installed this regulator between the supply line and the filter and voila! No more leaking. We were able to adjust water pressure with it significantly.
