I rated it average only because I haven't had my pressure washer in the freezing temperatures yet so I'm not positive it will keep the pump from freezing. I've froze two pumps in the past even after blowing them out with an air hose and that gets expensive. I like the funnel that is supplied with each bottle, it screws on the pump just like a water hose. A few pulls of the starter rope and a little squeeze of the bottle and the fluid was draining out the pump as it should. Like I mentioned above, the bottle was leaking but both bottles are inside a sealed plastic bag, inside the box. I used maybe a 3rd of the bottle to do one pump so the product does go a long way.

It started dissolving the rust stains on the connector I used to test it. Saw this on Chikanic YouTube channel and then did my own test with it. Mostly, I got this because my well water is loaded with calcium. If it removes rust stains that easily, it should work even better for calcium. Seven year old pressure washer, I'm surprised it still works, given the high calcium water I have. Should have been using this product from the beginning. Plus, now I can store the pressure washer outside without fear of freezing.

I can’t prove how much protection it provides for the pump, but it melted away the mineral scale from the water screen in just a few minutes.

This product comes VERY HIGHLY recommended to me by Chickanic, for winterizing my pressure washer and dissolving all of the hard water deposits in the pump. They took their time shipping it to me, and I guess I'll know if it's all that-n-a-bag-o-chips in the springtime.

Got this after watching Chickanic video on it. Gotta say I am impressed and look forward to doing this maintenance next season again as it's super easy to use.
