Specifically designed for intricate details, it's perfect for casting palladium, white gold, and high-temperature alloys. Optima Investment accommodates expansion with resin patterns and high-expanding materials, preventing mold flashing or cracking. The easy-to-mix formula yields a creamy, pourable slurry with minimal rise under vacuum. With superior temperature resistance for higher burnout temperatures, this 50 lb package offers optimal performance. The powder-to-water ratio is 100g to 38-40ml, with a work time of 9-10 minutes. Ideal for casting resin patterns in various materials like carving waxes, plastics, standard injection waxes, resin patterns (compatible with most brands), wax-based polymers, hybrid wax/plastic patterns, and more.

Just based off receiving and weighing the product. Does not weigh 50 pounds even with the box. This may not seem like much, but added up over time it will amount to a lot. Please correct this or I will not continue to order your product.

I obtained the smoothest, porosity free casting from resin using this investment EVER! The customer service was exceptional! My first cast was not so good, the response from Certus was almost immediate and completely corrected the issue.
