Haven't used it (thankfully), purchased to keep on my id badge at work in case I need to use it on a Co worker or a kiddo (work at a school).

Cheaper options exist. I prefer this model because it uses a thicker and more protective medical grade vinyl. It's worth the extra cost to have a sense of greater safety. Cheaper versions often have (a) larger shield size, (b) small/thin "ear loops" for the patient (which I am not sure are always practical), and (c) tissue paper thin gloves. I like to use Gloveworks 8 mil gloves--there is space for them in the nylon pouch provided.

I thankfully haven't needed to use this yet, but it seems very well built. I keep it on my key chain in the event of an emergency.

Overall it's not bad but when I took my CPR training we didn't use face shields with a bite guard so I'm hesitant about having that feature. I was able to add gloves inside the bag so that was a big bonus. I bought a few of them (Car, purse, husband's car etc). Would buy again.

Exactly what I was looking for - simple face shield barrier for rescue breathing (with CPR).Case is tough and not overly bulky for what's in it.

Great for forestry field use. This will fit in the personal first aid kit. Small and compact.

Haven't used and hope not to, but this is important to have just in case.

I'm very impressed with these. Mine are both red which I prefer. The face shiled is nicely packed and folded inside. Doesn't look cheap. I added a pair of gloves which fit nicely. I have these on my key rings, hoping I won't need them but won't go anywhere without them.If you are trained in CPR, rest easy and get yourself some of these. Better to have it and not use it, then to need it and not have it.

Shipped fast. Have not used the shield. We need it to fulfill a Boy Scout requirement in a first aid kit. Great compact size to fit in the first aid box and easy to store. Hopefully we shall never have an opportunity to have to use it.

What I especially like about these keyring CPR shield is that there is enough room for me to add a pair of disposible gloves with the face shield.
