This item should be 6 inch it will only go through a 3 1/2 beam . I am using a 4x6 pine beam to make a swing so most folks know it is 3 1/2 by 5 1/2 or so. These I bolts say 6 inch not so had to counter sink to use on the 3 1/2 side so if you need a 6 inch I bolt do not order this one. I guess you have to order 10 inch to get 6 inch not sure?????

Good product but bad descriptionI was so frustrated to not be able to find out what the sizing on the threads or loop were. So I took a gamble and bought it. Nope off to go return it. So learn from my mistake and here’s a picture to help people see the actual dimensions.
