My house (and garage door) are from 1978 and newer parts are not the same size or mounting pattern. If you know where I can find hinges for this size roller (5/16 shaft diameter) I would love to hear from you. I have pounded a few back into shape but I know my days are numbered where I can get away with that. Anyway, these rollers are fine. The roller diameter is 1-7/8 and the shaft length is about 4 inches long. The package says they are for Frantz garage doors.
