This is a universal designed shower door handle set for both sides of a shower door. It has chrome finished diecast handles and has mounting holes of 3-1/2 in. on center. Fits on most any tub or shower door with the same hole spacing on the frame. Purchase Prime-Line part M 6030 for the brass version.

Female threads for bottom connection stripped out in less than four months. Look for a "steel" model as an alternative.

The old handle was broken and would try to cut my hand if I tried to open the shower door. It was a gory scene that belonged in a horror movie. In comes this wonderful handle to save the day like Jamie Lee against Jason. It fits. It was easy to install, and best of all, no more bloody hands!

We just moved into a new house and one of the shower doors handle was broken. I wasn’t going to replace it but then my kids got in the shower and wouldn’t close the door because there was no handle and water was getting everywhere! So I ordered it and hoped for the best! It works great and fits just like it should and now they close the door! lol!

Our handle had broken so we needed another handle and thankfully this did the trick! Super easy to install and it looks great! Make sure you measure the holes if pre existing. Thankfully this was the exact one we needed! Great material and sturdy. The package came in fairly quick and intact.

Updated: I ordered three of these kits, two came threaded for #8-32 but the final kit that arrived came correctly threaded for the included screws #5-40, so your experience may vary.Original Review: This kit ships with the wrong threading. The handle is threaded for #8-32 3/4” machine screws but comes with #5-40 screws. The screws may appear to bite at first but you will find the handle comes loose and can’t be tightened. I had to buy my own #8-32 3/4” stainless flat head screws to finish the job and cinch the handles nice and tight. As mentioned in other reviews you may also need to enlarge the holes of one side of the shower door by stepping up with a couple of drill bits to fit the handle with the receiver posts. I also suggest mounting the handle with the screws facing outside the shower, maybe not as visually appealing but they will be less prone to rust. For $9 it’s not bad and is a good replacement for a corroded old 80’s shower handle— took a lot of effort for me to figure out the threading issue, hopefully this saves you some time.
