Everything was nicely packaged upon arrival. The box includes the printer, a cord, instructions, five rolls of thermal paper, and five rolls of sticker paper—everything you need to get started.The printer is fast and efficient. Print quality can be a bit pixelated when pulling images from the internet, but the ones from the app come out super bold and crisp. We printed a butterfly for an earbud case, and it looked fantastic! When you go to color images with markers, make sure they dry on the sticker paper. Some markers may not dry well.Printing on the regular thermal paper is a great way to bring images off the Internet for school projects, and posters. Simply glue or tape once printed.Loading paper is simple and the setup process is quick and easy. It charges fast and requires little maintenance.I gave it four stars, because the printing is not always the best when pulling an image from outside the app.Overall, this is an awesome little printer! It is great for fun crafts, school projects, to-do lists, and labeling items around the house. Definitely a handy gadget to have!

This printer works alright. The setup is a bit dodgey because you have to figure it out - standard "made in china" instructions in poor English. I like that you can draw your own stuff and turn them into stickers. I'm still trying to figure out all the functions but it seems like a neat little printer.

The instruction doesn't show you how to load the paper it is so hard to open this mini printer and the paper they sent with it is too wide for the printer, also the print is dark .I hate that I threw my box away because I want to return it.

Omg love it. It’s super cute. I use it to print stuff out to send to my partner in army who is away for training and only means of communication is letters. He loves it. Print is bold. Comes with a lot of replacement papers. And one ink. I’m not sure how long ink will last but I can edit video when I run out. But for the price I recommend and it’s convenient to take anywhere.

Everything is nicely packaged upon arrival. I was wondering why some of the paper rolls had "open" stickers and the other's didn't. Nothing is labeled but I figured out that the green stickers were on the rolls that you can print stickers/labels on. The directions were written in broken English, but it is easy enough to get the point. Set up was relatively easy, but sometimes there are pop ups in what I am assuming is Chinese (see pictures). The app has lots of cool features, and it makes it easy to take a picture and print. The picture comes out WAY DARKER than the image.The printing is very fast. I was excited about the label maker option, but if you try to click on any of the features (some in Chinese), the whole app crashes! You can type a word and print it, but if you try to add a little image or click through the options, the app crashes and you have to start all over. If you want a one word label, it prints it very clearly on the printer.Overall, the printer works well on light images. The app looks like it has a lot of cool features, but you can't do much with it. Honestly, I have a label maker that I could just use....
