Step aerobics is a cardio workout that dates back decades and is still going strong today. Why? It delivers results. Its main component, the aerobic step, is an inexpensive accessory that can be used in tight spaces and allows you to do a full cardio workout from the comfort of your living room.
The Basics
The simplest exercise is to step up and down from the platform. This stimulates your heart rate, breathing, legs and stabilizing muscles. This movement simulates climbing stairs and on its own can provide a complete cardio workout. The stepper can be adjusted in height to accommodate your height or change the intensity of your workout.
Versatility
As you become familiar with the basics, new exercises can be incorporated into your workouts. There are many routines that can help you target different parts of your body, such as your legs, core, arms, back muscles and more. The step can also be used in combination with accessories (not included), such as dumbbells, ankle weights and resistance bands to increase the efficiency of your workouts and target multiple muscle groups at the same time.

The narrow legs makes this aerobic stepper less stable when doing a workout then other options out there. Also the cost to return it is more then the product itself.

Grande, estable, bonito y vale la pena su compra. Pero no le doy 5 estrellas porque para el precio que tiene me vino algo rayado, como si lo hubieran probado o algo. Sin embargo, me di cuenta que el plastico que no es con textura se raya con nada... Asi que no se. Vino bien embalado. Me gusta lo estable que es y no te resbalas. Me gusta mucho, asi que me lo quedo.

La verdad es que el producto está muy bien y cumple totalmente las expectativas depositadas en el. Esta muy bien y tiene un acabado muy muy bueno. Me ha gustado mucho. Lo único que le podría echar en falta es algún tipo de manual, con algún ejemplo de ejercicio básico. Aunque en mi caso, la fisio a la que voy para hacer rehabilitación de mi lesión, ya me los explica. En cualquier caso se merece las 5 estrellas
