I have read several poor reviews of this paintbrush holder/case, saying that it is flimsy. I disagree...this case is very sturdy, and will protect my watercolor brushes perfectly while I am camping. The only thing I agree with the reviewers' poor reviews, is the looseness of the telescoping tube when extended....However, I put my longest brushes inside, and I won't have to extend the case anyway, so it is a moot point. If someone wants to carry super long brushes, just duct tape the telescoping sections to prevent it from sliding back into the shortest position. No biggie!

I had to use duct tape to get this to stay tall enough, I did not want my expensive watercolor brushes crushed in transit. Otherwise this is a great brush carry case, and I use it a lot.

Simple box, holds brushes well. Compared to other brush boxes offered, this is a descent brush box and thankfully under 9$. Prices tend to be inflated for this type of item.

Decent to help store my brushes but not as sturdy as I hoped. I have some longer brushes and they fit, but it makes the holder extremely flimsy. It also doesn’t stay “locked” in place like I think it should. I’ve had it for a bit but worried that heavy travel would still ruin my brushes

Expected higher quality. The mechanism to adjust the length does not work as it does not stay in place. You will need to duct tape it. I can't believe how much they charge for this poorly designed product.

I've been searching for the past year for a tool storage solution, long enough to handle two bit sets I had acquired. Plastic bags just don't hold up & look tacky - in my mind. One day while searching Amazon, I came across these; perfect length but the foam? Oh, well I could always tear it out. But wait; on arrival I noticed the foam had precut slits in the foam, to provide separation between brushes, I guess. This works perfectly to help organize the bits... working across then stacking in the slots, Largest bit to smallest. Finished off with labels of the bit sizes on the outside cover. No longer a jumbled mess. Very sturdy and perfect for my needs!

Not a well-made product. Works if you only have to take the lid off however if you want to extend to fit larger brushes or longer brushes then you will have a bit of difficulty trying to make the extension click and stay in place. If you tape the scene it's fine

Fairly cheap construction, the extension really doesn’t lock into place, and the material is very thin. Great concept, but needs better quality of material

Works great for my needs, carrying my reusable straws around so I'm not responsible for plastic waste when eating out. I feel good because they can take over 50 years to break down and on the way, I will have eaten all that plastic in my seafood. The adjustability works easily but is a little loose but I can handle that. Perfect for brushes or REUSABLE STRAWS !!
