I am by no means a serious gamer so this review is from the perspective of a very casual Mario Kart player. This controller paired seamlessly with the Nintendo Switch and is such an upgrade from the controller that comes with the Switch. Vibrates with all the right motions and the battery lasts forever. Absolutely a good choice!

Pairs easily, nice and sturdy. Works with Nintendo switch. We all can Mario Cart and then fight about who threw a turtle at whom (it's always me).

This is an excellent controller for the price. It is extremely responsive and the buttons and joysticks feel great. I’m highly impressed compared to other controllers in this price range. Definitely recommend.

My family has been using this for a few weeks non stop and so far we haven't had any problems. We've been pretty rough with it and all the buttons on the controller still work great. I plan on buying another 1 or 2 for sure.

This controller is honestly not bad for how much it costs, but be aware that for me it can start to lag (1-2 seconds) between when I press a button and when my game responds. Especially if I am playing with others on the same Switch system, though it can also happen if it's just myself, though not as often or as bad. It seems to come and go. Another complaint by others in my household that have used it is that it vibrates a lot more than a Nintendo pro controller. I know that there is a way to change that and it honestly doesn't bother me, so I haven't, but it's something else to be aware of.Because of the lag issue, I'd look elsewhere the next time I need a controller.

I ordered this several months back but didn't get a chance to use it until yesterday. I had a little bit of a problem getting it paired with my nintendo switch. For some reason, I can only get it to pair on bluetooth mode.... when I try to use it while plugged in with the USB cable, it won't connect. I saw that someone had mentioned that you can't use it while charging (I assume with the cable). I don't know if perhaps it won't pair on wired mode because it is charging or because it's in wired mode. I would really be surprised if it magically starts working after it is fully charged. I don't have any reason to think that mine is not fully charged. The manual is a bit vague and is probably poorly translated from chinese.However, as mentioned, it will connect on bluetooth wireless mode. I have only played around with it for about an hour or so. From what I can tell everything works as it should. The sticks, the buttons, the vibration, and even the gyrometers (I think) all seem to work fine. By gyrometers I mean that there is a motion control device inside that detects when you turn the controller. It might be just me, but it seemed like there may have been a very slight delay, but I have not yet compared it to the joycon controller to see if it was true or just my imagination. In the past I have purchased generic wii controllers that had a delay on the aim... so this might be similar. But as mentioned, I have not verified this yet.Generally speaking, I am pretty happy with the controller. I don't think the price can be beat for a controller with vibration and gyrometers as most cheap switch controllers do not have this. I am a bit concerned that I will not be able to use the controller anymore once the battery stops taking a charge.
