I recently picked up a heavy bag to work on my kicking technique and was relieved when a friend suggested these. They work perfect for my size 16 8e feet:)

These are a great product for the price, but I ordered a size too large.Nice thick foam padding, allows full-force kicks without all the bruises! Holds up as well as any of my other sparring gear. If you train in martial arts regularly, then you know that all pads will get quickly shredded and need replacement. Don’t buy expensive pads!I am a shoe size 15 (my bare foot is exactly 12 inches from heel to toe). The XXXL 15-16 are a bit too long in the toe for me, like clown shoes. My training buddies tease me about “clown shoes”, but a few roundhouse kicks shuts them up! The excess doesn’t make me clumsy but I do have to strap them on as tight as possible.When I break this pair I will order this same brand again in XXL 13-14.

Very cheap, don’t waste your money. Foam already torn on back area (above ankle), after two work outs.

These were a 2nd attempt to find a boot for sparring practice in taekwondo. The size was great for me. I normally wear a size 15 shoe. I began to wonder if they were too large. The two thin plastic membranes at the bottom of the shoes created a challenge. During sparring the front or toes of my feet would slide out from inside. Constantly having to reach down and correct. Of course, it may be that the size I ordered was a wee bit too large.

Love the sparring shoes. I usually wear my martial arts shoes and these are the first pair that fit nicely over the shoes and still work great
