Thanks our adult only class broke two mitts and needed duck type for the other four mitts in only 4 MONTHS TIME . for real. If you work hard and often and are a serious martial artist don't even consider these mitts

I've been a martial artist for 29 years, I've been working out with a particular group of friends doing some pretty high impact striking for about five years now.I've used a lot of different focus pants, and giving the beating that we give these things twice a week for about two hours every week these things are holding up great.One of them recently bluest seen, but my sister is a seamstress/Taylor and she was easily able to repair it.

I gave it only 3 stars. It does what it suppose to do. I wish they sold it as a pair. For the price for one is expensive.
