Have done MMA for 20 years. These shin guards are great for mma training/sparring. They are comfortable. Easy on and off. Offer some protection but not too much bulk. They fit well and have the dimensions on the listing. Are durable so far but with the price it doesn’t even really matter. The only downside I will say is if your shins aren’t conditioned yet, and you’re kinda soft, the padding offered in other styles of shin guards could be better for you. But your shins will never get conditioned with those huge shin guards.

These are great and you can't beat the price. Great quality and good protection. These were purchased for some of the teenage kids in our gym who are just starting to spar. These offer adequate protection and don't move which helps focusing while sparring.

If you are sparring lightly, these are very nice. Just don't slam your shin into another shin, elbow, or knee. I would buy these again.

I have used pricier shin guards ($80 Venum), mid-price point guards from Combat and Rev Gear, and now these very inexpensive shin guards from Ring to Cage. I ordered these due to my local Muay Thai commission using thinner shin guards during bouts. I wanted to get used to the feel of what I would of considered "less protective" shin guards. I was pleasantly surprised at how well these work. They stay pretty well in place. I appreciate the design, with having 3 separate foam sections, vs. Some other same priced guards having only 2- one for the top of the foot and your shins. Also, I know many females have the issue of the foot covering being too large and going over the toenails. I wear a size 8 shoe, and have not had to stop to adjust the foot area like I have with all the other ones. The price is great, and shipment was fast. I have used them in sparring at 3 different gyms with different fighters with no shifting.

foot holder is to wide, makes you slip easily. Otherwise great product.

They run small. Based on my measurements I should wear a medium, but these barely fit and are way too tight and uncomfortable to wear during training.

Great. I really liked the idea that its like putting on a sock. Instead of straps holding it to my legs. Great fit. Only the heels sticks out, which is cool, great fit. Stays in place.

I bought this for my daughter who trains in MMA and it was good. It provided protection but it still allowed her to feel a little sting which is good for shin conditioning. The only thing that could be better is the protection on the foot because it doesn't covet the entire top of the foot. Nevertheless this is a great product for children.
