I trained in phlebotomy with a Rolseley tourniquet and I find it hard to use anything else, even 5 years later. I still constantly get comment from patients about how comfortable and pleasant they are to wear. I am on my 3rd Rolseley and I will never settle for less. I bought a cheap pack of tourniquets once and they were uncomfortable and I could tell they pinched the patient a bit when they were removed. The Rolseley tourniquet comes off gently and keeps the skin well-protected from the mechanism. They are a little pricey and take a minute to arrive, but they are so worth it. I'd keep two on hand at all times if I could. They are durable and will last a few years if properly taken care of and cleaned. LOVE my Rolseleys!!!

Since I get my blood drawn a lot, I purchased this for my home health workers to use. It doesn’t pinch like the traditional disposable ones, and it’s easily washable for years of use.
