I have small hands and am somewhat arthritic so using the rivet pliers was less than successful for me but this drill attachment did the job and did it quickly. The fact that you have to reverse out the stem of the rivet is no problem compared to trying to squeeze the rivet pliers.

Product did fine for the 1st 6 months, then quit working. This is a "you get what you paid for" tool. If you don't use the tool too often, then it will probably last you awhile. It's probably not meant to handle 20-40 rivets per week. The other aspect of the tool I disliked was that you have to switch from Forward and Reverse per rivet. In my opinion, if you want quality get the Milwaukee M12 cordless rivet tool.
