The binder came with only 3 refills in it, not 10 as described. How does that happen? This is unacceptable. It was extremely inconvenient because I needed to be able to use the binder for school work the same week that it arrived. I had to borrow some refill pages from another student because it was too late to buy any new ones.The refills are expensive, so by leaving 70% of them out, it's a money rip off.

Although I read the negative review from another customer, I assumed it was a fluke that they didn't get the 10 sheets that are clearly stated as being included in the product description. The package arrived this afternoon for a presentation tonight and we did not get the sheets. Just the binder itself. It's of no use without the sheets. Be warned if you order this product to also order additional pages in case your package doesn't come with the stated 10 sheets.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I needed this profolio for a christmas present that I am giving TOMORROW and it came with NO PAGE INSERTS. The description - even the NAME of this products says that it has refill pages with it. VERY UNHAPPY with this misleading product.

This item is great just make sure you read the technical details. I thought I was receiving 22 separate sleeves but it turns out that you receive ten sleeves plus an extra for double sided use (adding up to 22). -Kind of disappointed
