I repurposed these pads to wear as a plate umpire. Saved me from at least one contusion a game. If the catchers were better, I wouldn't need them.

Love these! A must for sparring for serious martial artists. Enough protection but you can also feel the strikes for better feedback. Not as bulky as traditional mits and doesn't get your hands nearly as sweaty!

It has coverage and protects the knuckles fairly well. It is not incredibly padded, but will take the edge off a punch. One thing that I found aggravating, the thumb hole is in the middle of the sleeve which is a little awkward. I would have preferred a dedicated left and right handed glove versus the 2 "universal" sleeves
