4500 Tile spacer/levelers will do 562 individual square tiles figuring 8 pieces per tile (2 per side).. 750 tiles if you figure 6 per side sharing 2 spacers with another tile. All in all this is more than enough to tile a bathroom or average room floor (factoring in tile size...)Pieces are well made and snap ok. When snapping you need to lean into the tile while prying for the snap No sense pulling or weakening the tile pulling on it...Apparently these are being sold by different brands but they are coming from same factory. Cookie cutter with markings same.. Wedges are same also except different colors..

I'm a tile installer with over 30 years experience and these are my go-to spacers / levelers. of course these systems don't level the tile, what they do is minimize lippage between the tile. Also keep in mind that typical 12x24-in tile laid out in a brick or a block pattern on the floor meaning a 50% offset is not recommended. This is due to the manufacturing of the tile and how the middle of most tiles are bowed upwards due to the firing process. This means with a 50% offset, the middle part of one tile lines up with the edges.. or the lowest part of the tile... of the tile above it. This creates a uneven surface and what's known as lippage. Now, not all tile is created equal and some tile has less Boeing than other tile and you can get away with the 50% offset, especially if you're an experienced installer. However sometimes the lippage is too much and you have to go with a different pattern layout such 33% offset. And in the event I only bring this up because these leveling systems in these spacers specifically are not a magic solution to make all tile, no matter the layout, flat. Do some research. However, all that being said these are fantastic spacers and Price rite.

I own a handyman business focused on finer carpentry and tile installation. As a graduate degree'd engineer I tend to gravitate towards more detail oriented work and also tend to have a great appreciation for well designed products. After trying 4 different tile leveling systems these clips have been my only choice for several years. They're extremely economical compared to any other system I've used or seen and work extremely well. If you order the right thickness they can serve as both spacer and leveling clip. They're very similar to the QEP wedge system that's available at my orange big box home improvement store, but quite a big bigger and quite a bit less expensive The larger size makes them much easier to work with. Note that due to the larger size the "pliers" for forcing the wedge into the clip are not required by anyone with close to normal hand strength. These break away cleanly 99.9% of the time, which is at least as good as the spendy QEP clips.
