This item is nothing like the photo or description. It is just the convertor, no housing at all. Useless for me.

This PD4560CSV Replacement Converter Section was exactly what the doctor, and I, ordered. Why did it need to be ordered in the first place, you ask.A family member did a good, really good, deed by installing a 30A power pole outside their garage prior to my next use of their driveway for my camper. As their grandson has a welder in the garage, the thought was that the grandson had a spot to plug in his welder, and when I was in residence, my Fifth Wheel (FW) trailer would make use of the same receptacle. The welder requires 220V, 30A circuit. The FW requires 120V, 30A circuit. The FW did NOT take the 220V current very well. It could have been worse, I suppose. As the good-deed-doing-relative and I compared notes following the insertion of the shore cord into the FW, it became apparent that my expectation of a 120V, 30A circuit was not compatible with the grandson's expectation of 220V, 30A circuit being entirely acceptable for our mutual use. So, following my diagnosis of what happened to my FW, it was determined that the Power Converter System had taken the brunt of the 220V input, which is typically the case based on my investigation of providing too much electricity to a 120V-wired recreational vehicle. As the Power Converter System was kaput, mostly meaning that some 120V devices were operational, but the 12V charging circuitry was out of action, meaning that 12V appliances and circuits were not functioning, including the all-important house battery charging circuitry, the solution was to replace the Power Converter System (PCS). I learned I did not have to replace the entire PCS, only the Power Converter module. That's what I ordered, that's what I received, and that's what I installed in place of the kaput module. I am not an electrishun . . . as you can tell, I can hardly spell the word. However, this Converter System was easily accessible, the converter module was easily removable, and after disconnecting the shore cord AND the 12V house battery, I did remove the original module, and replaced it with the new module. It took me less than 20 minutes to make the swap and to test the new module.Result: my house battery is being charged by the Converter module, as it should be. My 12V circuits and appliances are operational again, including the thermostats of the refrigerator, water heater, and furnace.(After completing the Converter replacement, I did operate the Air Conditioner to be sure it had not suffered; apparently it did not suffer, it cycled on, blew cold air, cycled off. The furnace functioned properly, by all appearances. The water heater behaved itself, the refrigerator, likewise. The fact that I could do this swap myself greatly appealed to me. Granted, I do not know what other deficiencies are going to show up as result of subjecting the FW to this extraordinary voltage, but that's part of the reason for an appointment with my dealer, who will go over the unit with a fine-tooth comb and tell me what does and does not operate that I can and cannot see at this time.Bottom-line: two screws, five wires, even I can do that . . . after disconnecting all power sources.

Inaccurate description, and only offer 14 day return window. I ended up buying from dealer, this wasn't even an exact replacement, part numbers matched but not the same.
