this will help an amputee establish his gait as it is 14ft long and totally adjustable as to width and height. We have installed on a porch where we had access to the area below the bars. This is more stable (less bend in the bars) than the one at the therapist's location and it is longer! If needed you could roll into the bars with a wheelchair for stability to stand. Great product which allows for therapy at home. Good customer service too!
