Great screen the only problem I have is that it not flat. It shows a few wrinkles but it works great. I didn’t use the hooks that came with I just used two big screws into the wood on my ceiling. Looks great. Recommend it.

Very happy with screen , easy up and down, the only thing it was a little wrinkle on the bottom right but when we are watching something you can’t see it. Excelente material

Build quality of the screen is good. The motor isn’t obnoxiously loud.My issue was with 2 things packaging/shipping and quality/cable setup. The package came broken open at the end. The box was very wrinkled, and in bad shape. The metal housing of the screen was also bent.The cable comes out of the end horizontally. Mine was already shorted and I had to play with the connection in order to get the slide up and down.They are shipping me a new one. But I am responsible to package this and send it back. It’s long and not able to fit in a normal box. The old box might be too poor condition to ship and they might require me to pay to get it repackaged which is also annoying.Not a great experience with product or shipping.I received a replacement for this product. It was ALSO damaged. So I am having to return this one as well.
