The product worked well, but turned out not to be the problem I had. I had a bad transmitter. The product came in a plain, small box, wrapped in bubble wrap without any manufacturer's name or literature. I suspect it was a used product. When I returned the product, packaged exactly like I received it, I was given only a partial refund. Afterwards, I read London Camera Yelp reviews. All their Amazon reviews were, like mine, one star.
