It came with only one end cap, so I either need to order another or return the whole thing. And since there's no packing slip and the installation instructions are a joke I have no idea if it was supposed to come with two end end caps. It make sense that it would, but I have no idea and no way to find out.

I finally installed it and will hang the bag from it soon. It looks like a solid mount. There are some things you need to be aware of before buying. You will not be able to mount it the way the (very poor) instructions say. The photo here is not of the track you will get. The place the lag bolts go in the front are only half moons, as though another track piece was expected. This means the lag bolt is only surrounded on one side and you will not get a solid hold. The other problem is that as another reviewer noted, there is only one set of stops so I had to improvise with wood. I'll try to order another. Not good value for money but should do the job.

If you are looking for a professional product and love to get a good workout and make use of your space this is the product for you !!A bit pricey but it is worth the money!!!!!!! A must get if you want to hang your heavy bag
