$90 for a ultra light flease..really!its a propper...hence the TAX!this is a ultra light with side streach..thats moves easy and vents well.the downside is any wind at all and you be digging out your windbreaker..i wanted this over the windbreak types because this is exactly a GEN 3 LEVEL 3 wear.you allways add something over this anyway...its warm and you be dry as long as you follow the whole game plan.it tends to snag slightly on the LEVEL 2 if it baggy at all.would work even better with the GEN 1 LEVEL 2 POLYPRO.but this jacket is really made to be ULTRA LIGHT and VENT REALLY WELL with LEVEL 1-2 or both and 3 and some form of protection over it...like i said it made to allow max movement with great venting..infact if you get wet this system is made to cook off dry.so if you planning on going to a bears game in this alone well you be sorry fast.understand what it is designed to do...seems some did not grasp that in the reviews of LEVEL 3.much lighter than the old 400 black/gray patch jackets ...if you add level 1,2 to this with a gore tex parka you be good to go...something in the area of level 4/5/6.that way it breaks the wind and insulation only works in a dead airspace anyway.so you need something over this...otherwise buy a jacket that has that built in.its amazing how the military uses level 1,2,3 and then a shell parka down to the 30s but it works.any gore tex or like shell like parka with arm pit vent zippers like snowboarding jackets with also work well with this.gen 1 woodland gore tex parka works well too...i like the gen 1 models over the gen 2/3 in parka as there a nylon liner in the older ones..good for multi use.propper makes great gear....know what your getting.

I got this for my 28 year old grandson and he was thrilled. Lots of pockets, zippers, and stuff for him to play with. His dad was also Jonesing the product and may get one. It seems to come on the big side.

Looked green if you are large get medium for use as a jacket liner .Its made big to fit over layers .so it’s one size up . If you want something that feels fitted and you normally wear a large get a medium for this thing because it’s made to fit over a small low loft jacket or layers .Will be returning it it looks kind of green too not so coyote brown like it should be after I return this I’m gonna get the proper made one that’s made in Dominican Republic .To me this thing is a jacket liner you can sweat get your body oil and salt in this thing throw in the wash machine as much as you like to keep your nice jackets from having to be washed too much

Fits and feels just like my AF Sage Green I bought at military clothing sales. The only difference was the Sage Green was Polar Tech. I did get a smaller size (large) than the green one and it is a better fit. Good for layering or indoors as a sweater, but do not expect much wearing it by itself when outdoors. Designed to be worn under the Gortex jacket so it does do its job. No noticeable peeling or fuzz so far either.

The seller did an outstanding job on description, shipping, and packing.. I got a large and after washing and drying many times on hot it did shrink a little. Gave it to my Brother and he loves it! It's a really good jacket and well made. I know to maybe buy one size larger next time.

Well made. Color is good. A bit on the large size though. I have 2 others like this from other companies and they are cut smaller than this one. This does not make it a bad product, but just be aware of it when ordering. As to people who complained it is too light to wear when it is 20 deg., they need to realize this is only part of a 7 piece system which is based on layering. It isn't designed to be a big, heavy coat that you can wear in arctic temps. With a good base layer and a shell layer over top, it will easily keep you warm near or below freezing and still allow for ease of movement.

This liner is very good quality and looks good enough to not be worn with the parka. I have noticed that the officers and cadre also own this liner. The price is good and the liner is warm. I did check out other manufacturer liners and like this one better.
