Some of my all time favorite patches. Tried most everything and always have these on my bench or in my range bag. They’re not the most aggressive available. But for general bore cleaning these are the ones I use most. With a well fitted jag they help me clean quickly so I can get to another match.

While these may be and probably are useful for their intended purpose, they are soft, absorbent and lint free. I use these anywhere I need something small with those qualities. My wife even uses them for something to do with makeup....whatever, it’s not a guy thing....she likes them too.

Every so often, I read some article about some dummy bragging that he never cleans his pistol ... and it's still going strong after 2,000 or whatever shots. Me? I clean my wife's and my guns even if we've just shot a dozen shells at the range! I never want to wonder if, the next time I pull the trigger, it might be too gunked up to go "bang." In my world, you can never have too few cleaning patches! There's nothing worse than running out ... and having to cut up your T-shirt to make your own patches! Besides, when I resorted to that stratagem, my T wasn't as clean as I like my patches to be when I'm swabbing the bore with Hoppe's No.9. The only issue I have is really a function of my cheapness ... because I don't want to invest in a variety of patch sizes. So, sometimes, I'm having to stuff a .45 patch down a .22 barrel, which might mean cutting the patch in half ... or vice versa, which might mean trying to double up .22 patches in your cleaning rod slot.

What can you say? They fit the bore. Not too thin, Not too thick. Nice and absorbent.

I use it for my Remington 700, works fine even feel it should be a little bigger, nice materials made by they need to give cheaper price so I gave four starts instead of five.

Good quality patches. Not too thick and not too thin. They work very well in all my .30 cal guns without being too loose or too tight. They hold solvent and oil well and they do a good job of getting the bore clean, both lands and grooves.

Very nice, thick cotton cleaning patches. I use them on a 7.62 rifle, and they do a fantastic job of absorbing cleaning chemicals and cleaning the bore. It is a tight fit, though, so I am not sure how they'd do much smaller than that. I have noticed no fraying, no lint left behind, no strings, or other issues that come with lower quality patches. A great bargain that will last me a long time, I expect.
