I got the ProsourceFit Weighted Gloves to add some weight to my VR workouts while still being able to wear my smartwatch for tracking. They do the job, but they aren’t designed for bigger hands. I don’t use the thumb hole since the fit is tight, and they barely stay in place. Planning to try them with a wrist sweatband on top for a more secure fit. If you have smaller hands, they should work great! lost a star due to fit only

I'm 5'1; 118 lbs, 74 years old. I have been working out for some time with 1, then 1.5 lb wrist weights. I wanted to increase the weight for my hands while I dance. (I can hold hand weights if doing weight lifting alone). Unfortunately while the description says "2 lbs weights" they are barely two pounds altogether. This was deceptive, whether intentional or not. In addition, they are somewhat cumbersome to put on, trying to get the velcro to go as far as needed for my smaller hands and they slipped a bit while moving. Workable but not exactly what I wanted. Wrist weights all slip around and are bulky so they don't work well either. Still searching...

Most of my life I have been insecure about the size of my hands. That was until I tried to put on these alleged one size fits all gloves. Somehow my masculine meaty palms were just too big. So that was nice. I ended up returning them, but still 5 stars for making me feel better about myself.

I love hand weights! I had a different design from another company and they were okay. I wanted something that wasn’t as bulky or as expensive. These fit great! I don’t feel like they are sliding off or wobbly as I move. The Velcro is strong but, I haven’t washed them yet. The last pair I had got all weird after I washed them and the Velcro was toast. So, can’t comment on that yet but the design and use is perfect.

Varias opiniones dicen que son muy pequeños, lo cual es relativamente cierto.Son angostos pero elásticos, lo cual permite que te queden bien si eres de manos tamaño promedio. Si ya has usado guantes para ejercicio entenderás que esto es una ventaja para no tener un movimiento molesto que hace que te preocupes más en tener ajustado bien el guante , que por concentrarte en la rutina. Punto a favor.Les sugiero el guante negro, el peso lo tiene distribuido a lo ancho de la mano, el azul, a lo largo, puede dificultar el movimiento de muñeca.

These weighted gloves are just like the pictures. I have small hands and find these are a tad big, but that's ok. They are comfortable and work for what I need them for. Thanks for a quick and easy transaction. Once I get used to these, I will most likely buy the heavier ones. Thanks for a great item.

I’m writing this review for anyone looking for an additional workout tool to your VR workout. If you’d like to add a little bit of lightweight challenge to your boxing workout diesel definitely do the trick to get your sweat going. If you’re looking for something heavier than one pound then you might wanna look somewhere else. These will let you work out without putting too much strain on your wrist elbows and shoulders. I couldn’t find a review with anyone showing the additional grip with strap for the VR controller so I uploaded some photos here, I took a gamble and bought them anyway and sure enough they work. They actually keep the controller more stable in my hand for boxing. Win! Yes the hole for the thumb is a bit small measures about 1 inch which I’m sure you can stretch out as called out in another review here I personally don’t use the hole for the thumb and it doesn’t cause any functionality issues. You’ll definitely wanna wash them with hot water and soap afterwards though because they will stink from your sweat obviously.

I have been looking for weighted gloves like these for a while. I tried wrist weights but I never felt relaxed with those.The ProSource gloves are amazing and I can wear them for hours.However, maybe as a future improvement, it would be great to have slots for all fingers and not just 3.Thank you.

I too have small wrists and nothing will fit properly. You have to realize that you are going to have this problem with everything. Just like those that are at the other end of sizing. Put a rubber band around the part that sticks out because you have to wear them at the smallest adjustment.I have tried the others that go around your thumb and they flop terribly, back and forth back and forth, on my wrists.I like how these can go on the front or back of your hand. You can still pick up a weight or use your phone with no problem. These are exactly the kind they have at the gym. They are very comfortable and I would buy them again.

I bought these with the intent of using them for the Hip Hop Abs- Ab Sculpt workout. The instructor and his team use weighted gloves in the dvd during the workout but somehow gloves weren't sold with the dvd. I looked at the beach body gloves for sale here on amazon and they were twice as much as this pair. I love this pair of gloves! I have shorter but chubbier hands and fingers and they fit just fine! I truly think majority can fit in these gloves. They can be easily adjusted and the finger and thumb holes are plenty big, theres still plenty room even with my fingers in them. The overall quality of the gloves is wonderful also. For such a great price I am truly amazed by these gloves. I use them daily for about 30 min - 1 hour. They don't seem to have any wear or tear on them and are holding up quite nicely. The shipping was extremely fast! I used the TWO DAY shipping as I really wanted to start using them with my workouts. I placed the order around 9am and by 2pm THE NEXT DAY my package was at my front door. Extremely pleased and impressed with this order!!!! I recommend this for anyone looking for weighted gloves!!!!
