I love Prothane products, they make awesome, durable products. This bushing is well made. However because of it being made from urethane, it does not grip like the original rubber ones. In my application, the top of my spring was able to slide sideways, if my shock wasn’t holding it, it would have came out. I would not recommend these for 65 mustangs, although they fit perfectly.

Installed on my 65 mustang when I replaced the front suspension to QA-1 coil overs. Installation was direct fit and I'll see how it handles when I get home from deployment. Hopefully no issues.

Installed these on my 1978 Ford Granada that I'm rebuilding and they fit perfectly. Paired with my new moog coil springs the front end is much stiffer than the 41 year old factory original parts. Very satisfied with my purchase
