*UPDATE* Edited review back to a 5. After my first review of my issues the seller reached out to me within 24 hours. They offered to refund the product due to my issues, but I asked if I could just get a replacement instead as I do love this mouse and keyboard set. The seller was more then helpful and extremely understanding and nice. They sent a new set to me, and was received in 3 days. I am now a week into having the new ones and am very happy again to have everything working as it should. The ease of the keys, layout of the keyboard and comfort of the mouse has greatly reduced the strain in my hands and wrists. As a CFM for a company I use my keyboard and mouse 10+ hours a day and can't say good enough things about this set. Thank you again to the customer service of the seller for being on top of things and reaching out to resolve the issue.I am a month and a half in with my keyboard/mouse combo and I do really like the layout and comfort of both. I would still be 5 star happy, but this week the mouse has decided to be stuck on Bluetooth. I have always just used the receiver and it's my preferred connections as I have to reconnect the Bluetooth on my computer anytime it goes in standby. Keyboard is still working based off the receiver piece, but the mouse will only work on the 2nd light (Bluetooth 1). When I click the mode button to try and change the connection it doesn't do anything. I work remote on the corporate team of a company and spend about 10+ hours a day on my computer. I have to have comfort in my computer accessories to reduce strain.

Love it! It’s as extreme as other ergonomic keyboard when it comes to the shape, so it’s easier to get used to.

I needed a realiable Horrible despite troubleshooting via customer service. Not worth the money, time, or hassle. Double and triple inputs with single key presses. Horrible lag. Turning off and on is a temporary quick fix that doesn't last. Do yourself a favor, go ahead and buy the namebrand that rhymes with Bogifleck and never look back. I did. Way nicer feel, quality, engineering, connectivity, and reliablity with the higher priced namebrand. :-)

This is a good ergonomic keyboard. It doesn’t use batteries. It charges each piece with a usb-c type. Easy to use and have in your desk. Good quality materials

As someone who works in multiple offices across different states, I’ve tested at least four or five different ergonomic keyboards and mice in search of the perfect setup. Many were either too loud, difficult to type on, or lacked the comfort and support needed for long hours of work. This keyboard and mouse set, however, is fantastic. The keyboard is incredibly quiet, making it ideal for focused work without distracting background noise. The ergonomic angles and built-in wrist support provide excellent comfort, reducing strain even after extended typing sessions. The mouse is highly sensitive, which I personally love—it’s responsive and precise, making navigation effortless.A small but thoughtful design feature that I really appreciate is the built-in holder for the USB receiver in the back of the keyboard. It keeps everything organized and prevents the frustration of losing such a tiny but essential piece. If you’re looking for an ergonomic, well-designed, and efficient keyboard and mouse combo, I highly recommend this one!

I was really impressed when I first got this (Aug 3rd 2024; less than a month ago).Coming from a Microsoft Sculpt keyboard I adjusted quickly to the different shape and immediately loved having a numpad again (though, for ergo it has pros and cons as the mouse is farther out).Great media keys for both Mac and Windows. Really like having the lock button at top right -- very convenient.Overall, the keyboard has a great layout and design. The ergonomics were awesome. The mouse is very decent but coming from a Logitech Master 3S... nothing can compare. I'd say it's close but it isn't. You lose the thumb scroll wheel (which if you've never had, fine) and customization. But if I were comparing it to the MS Sculpt mouse... way better. Quiet clicks. Great. Four star mouse.I'm docking a star because as I type this I am irritated by the squeaky noise the keys have started to make. It also misses occasional keystrokes which... could be a 'me' problem as I'm a faster typer used to a slightly more tactile feel (the sculpt was hardly tactile, but moreso than this I think).I am picky. I see this as a budget keyboard that really over delivers at the price point. I tolerated the sculpt for years (having replaced it twice, using up 3 in total). I ended up with a Keychron Q14 Pro which is not something that should be used as a comparison for this.tl;dr?This is a nice keyboard at a terrific price point. The mouse is pretty great unless you're coming from something very high end like the Logitech MX Master 3s. The squeaky key thing was an annoyance to me, but probably not noticeable in an office environment that isn't otherwise silent. If you're looking for a great ergo setup with a good mouse, are interested in extra convenience of media buttons, and on a budget... this probably can't be beat.

If you're looking for an ergonomic keyboard with keys that feel like laptop keys, this keyboard is for you. Unfortunately, I was looking for Microsoft ergo keyboard replacements. So, while these keys felt nice and were quiet, I wanted the full size keys.Overall, I liked this keyboard. However, near the end of testing the right spacebar started to squeak. I apparently always space with my right thumb. I didn't realize that until now.I also felt this keyboard was a bit pricey compared to some of the others I tried, namely my first choice. But it sure does look nice. The mouse was OK but isn't really ergonomic. My first choice came with a nice ergo mouse.MEETION (1st): this one most closely resembles the MS ergo keyboards that I'm used to in terms of key size, layout, and keypress feel; comes with a nice ergo mouse that isn't too vertical like some; nice and quiet keypresses; nice priceProtoArc (2nd place): too laptop-y in key size/shape and keypress feel, for me; spacebar started to squeak sometimes near end of testing; pricey, but sexyX9 (3rd place): didn't lay flat with or without the feet extended; seemed to miss keypresses here and there; pretty good sound and feel of the keypressesPerixx (4th place): it was the most noisy and I didn't like the keypress feel; it was the only one with straight key rows instead of having a slight curve like the others do; I also didn't like the Home/End key group arrangement.I considered keeping this one as a backup until the spacebar squeak. Easy decision now.
