I'm not sure how these are legal? I grabbed them for my kiddos to use expecting them to be dim and cheap looking. Man was I wrong. These are bright and bold. They definitely could be mistaken for police lights. Probably not ideal for my 4 year old to have on his bike, but as long as he keeps it in the back yard, he can play cops really well now!My review process: 5*- Blew me away, features that are much better than anticipated (rare). 4*- Product is as expected, and good quality. This is a STRONG review. 3* - Product should function, but has minor flaws. (Average product) 2*- Product may work, but won't last long/cheaply made/major flaws/issues, item failure w/ some remediation from seller. 1* - Poor item/failure during use, or before, no remediation from seller.

This bike light is super bright. I love how the on/off button glows slightly so you can find it in the dark. This is one of the only bike lights I have seen with this feature. The red and blue lights are also bright. But not as bright as the main light. The modes are easy to switch between. The battery last a really long time. I love the amount of power you get with this light. I use it on my e-bike. It mounts on any handlebar. The set up was super easy to install.

PROS+Solid Build Quality+Long Battery Life from the Proprietary Battery Pack+Various Light Modes (Solid white center light at low or high intensity/Flashing white, red & blue lights/Just Red & Blue Lights)+IPX5 Water ResistanceNEUTRAL~The battery pack is a bit bulky and you need to attach this to your bike frame~The battery pack has its own proprietary 8.4V AC charging brick that you must use. So you are unable to recharge the battery via more universal USB Type-C.SUMMARYThese are great bike lights, especially if you work in security. The quality is excellent and the battery life is great. It's bright like a police light. It flashes like one, but I'm not sure why it has a mode where the blue light flashes and the red stays on; seems kind of odd and random and it bugs me that it doesn't make sense. Maybe if it ALSO had a function where the RED light flashed while the BLUE light stayed on... but it doesn't. And so it bugs me. Minus a star for that.

Okay so I expected this to be bright… but it’s insanely bright lol. I got it for my son’s bike to be able to ride at night… but it might be a bit much. It will be fine where we live because we don’t have close neighbors but I don’t think I can let him take it to his grandparents and let him ride around with it. I also thought it was more of just a flashlight. And it is but it actually flashes like a police light also. Which is great for him because he wants to be a cop when he grows up lol but honestly I didn’t know you could buy red and blue flashing lights. Overall it’s really cool and a great light I just didn’t realize all of what it does when we ordered it.

So let's try it out with the good this feels like a high quality well made light that's affordable. The agency I work for is currently looking for new lights for their bikes and a lot of ones made specifically for or purchased through professional businesses are expensive (NR $400 if I remember)and after trying a horn which I thought was a kids toy and it turned out to be very loud made by this company I figured let's try this. I'm not sure why they do this but it says it's got four modes & a "Secret Mode" Instead of calling it a secret mode why don't you just put it as 5 modes that's dumb. they had lights are bright as warning lights they do get attention. If you are permitted to run red and blue lights as our agency is I would recommend it if it's for a kid it's a lot of money but I can see my kids having fun with it on private property not near a public roadway(cya)Now what I don't like about it it's got a proprietary charger which isn't bad but I wish that they made a dongle so it could be charged with USBC or something common. As we are testing this one of the medics asked who made it and though none of us local county would say anything technically fires not supposed to run red and blue lights to the front again none of us would say anything They can run them to the rear but they can't use them in the front so do wish that either like NR used to do and have flipped down lenses so you could easily change out what lights you wanted to run well the colors of them or offer more colors as red blue is pretty niche also depending on state it can change as well like New York for example Police use Red and volunteer fire runs blue lights mainly on POVS, It's mainly federal and some sheriff's departments that will run or allow you to use red blue to the front. Another issue is You can't run solid headlight and flashing lights it's either they all flash, red blue flashing or off, Many agencies have through programming shut off headlight wigwags at night time because you need your headlights to see yes it adds warning lights but depending on where you work you have enough other lights so kind of find that like a downfall of this as we would need to run a separate headlight yes still cheaper than NR but what good are warning lights if you can't see.Though I think this is a great budget option it's not perfect and no product is and though I like this option I won't lie many of our officers use Guardian Angel shoulder lights and have looked at there lights on handle bars and though looks goofy but can also be put on the helmet for 360 lighting. I would recommend this mainly for probably city area's as there is normally other lights vs rural (unless you want to run a dedicated headlight) but their bike horn/siren is loud and affordable but the interface isn't the best.I honestly wish this company had one light that had a simple switch say 3 buttons one for the headlight (control brightness & put a flash mode) one for warning lights and one for the horn/siren and include a dongle where you can charge the battery via USB-C and additionally have spare batteries available. Lastly like I mentioned the original Nightrider lights we had when I started had lens covers and depending on what your agency uses you could get all the various public safety colors and they could flip up and down so if you wanted just white wig-wag you could now NR has leds built into the light and its $350+ for one of their lights which is a lot for a small agency & I know some EMS that was using their own bikes or paid for things themselves so it would be great to have other color options but even civilians could use flashing white during day
